Axel made his
debut in the show ring where he won 1st in Puppy & Best Puppy in Breed!
This was at Yorkshire Gundog Club Open Show.
September 2006
A good day was had a City of Birmingham
Championship show where Di Arrowsmith awarded Quba Best Puppy Bitch &
Pagan her 1st Challenge Certificate with Best
of Breed. She was then pulled out in a very strong Gundog Group.
Quba wins Puppy Bitch at the WCGB Ch Sh & the following weekend wins
her Junior Warrant
after gaining her final open show point!
August 2006
At the beginning of August we went
on our holidays to The New Forest & then onto Builth Wells taking
in 3 shows.
At National Gundog, Quba won her puppy class & Pagan was placed 2nd
in a very good Open Bitch class.
At Bournemouth Championship show, Quba yet again won her class & Pagan
was 3rd in her class - open bitch. We then were at a very wet Welsh Kennel
Club where Quba won her class & this time was award Best
Puppy In Breed!! Pagan took a break as she was not entered.
July 2006
Quba wins Puppy Bitch at a VERY hot
Windsor show & again at East of England. She also wins Best Puppy
in Breed at Harrogate & District Show.
Pagan came back into the show ring after her puppies & gained a 4th
at East of England & a 3rd at Leeds both on Open bitch.
I took both Pagan & Quba to East Riding Gundog Society where Pagan
won Best of Breed & Quba won Best Puppy in Breed. Quba went to York
Canine Association and not only was she awarded Best Puppy & Best
of Breed, but she also gained 4th in the adult group & won the Puppy
group!!
Pagan has been out grouse counting this month too. She thoroughly enjoyed
herself even if she did have to get up at 3am for a 5am start!
June 2006
All puppies have now gone to their
new homes & have settled in well.
Quba wins a 2nd in Minor Puppy at Border Union, a 3rd in Minor Puppy at
Blackpool & wins Best Puppy in Breed
at Cheshire County Show.

of 3 boys born by caesarean section. Quba qualifies for Crufts 2007 at
her 1st Championship Show!

At Driffield Championship
Show, Pagan win her 6th RCC! She has also now won her way out of the Limit
class having won 7 Limit classes during 2005.
In 2006, she will be in the Open class.
Pagan will not be at
any more shows in 2005.

Darlington CH SH, Pagan wins
the RCC, her 5th in total so far.

win another class along with her 4th

Challenge Certificate At Scottish Kennel Club.

Show, Pagan wins another Limit class & the
Reserve
Challenge Certificate.
July 2005
Pagan wins another Limit class, this time at Windsor, her only show
this month, where she also gains the Reserve Bitch
Challenge Certificate
May 2005
On
the 24th May 2005 we lost Anchor to cancer. She
put up a brave fight but to save
any further suffering she was put to sleep. She was smiling until the
end. She is greatly missed.
January 2005
At Manchester Championship Show, Pagan wins her first Limit
class.
December 2004
Pagan ended
the show year on a high by winning the Reserve Bitch
Challenge Certificate
at LKA.
September 2004
Pagan has joined Anchor in
the shooting field where she is making steady progress.
March 2004
BOTH dogs had excellent wins at
CRUFTS
2004. Anchor won the Field Trial class
whilst Pagan won Puppy Bitch & Best Puppy in
Breed.
January 2004
Pagan
has won her final point for her Junior Warrant!
She
won it at Belper CS in January 2004
August 2003 - January 2004
During Pagan's show career in the Puppy
classes she has won 5 classes including Best Puppy in Breed on 4 occasions
& a Puppy Group 2.
At Open Shows, she has won 9 Best Puppy in
Breeds awards, including 1 Best Puppy in Show All Breeds &
Best Puppy in Show at the Weimaraner Association & Weimaraner Club
of Great Britain Open Shows.
